Quando pensamos na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o desta era que muitos reputam de p\u00f3s-moderna, a compreens\u00e3o do novo meio, a\u00a0<i>internet<\/i>, assume particular relev\u00e2ncia, pelos reflexos profundos que traz &#8211; n\u00e3o s\u00f3 no que diz respeito \u00e0s formas de dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o, mas sobretudo no que se refere \u00e0s formas de intera\u00e7\u00e3o e rela\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como no di\u00e1logo entre as pessoas e as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Com a\u00a0<i>web<\/i>, e sobretudo com os seus\u00a0<i>websites<\/i>, s\u00e3o produzidas novas dimens\u00f5es dos ambientes de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e com elas surgem novas oportunidades e desafios \u00e0 forma como as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es comunicam, produzem mensagens, criam e transmitem significados. A par com esses fatores emergem tamb\u00e9m novas rela\u00e7\u00f5es comunicacionais que d\u00e3o lugar a novos processos imagin\u00e1rios e mobilidades imaginativas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O dom\u00ednio e ubiquidade da\u00a0<i>web<\/i>\u00a0tem tamb\u00e9m implica\u00e7\u00f5es para as rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e os p\u00fablicos, bem como para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da imagem, do ponto de vista organizacional, implicando uma nova ret\u00f3rica, onde t\u00eam lugar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de mensagens e o di\u00e1logo, incidentes sobretudo no predom\u00ednio da dimens\u00e3o visual, da fotografia e na partilha conjunta de conte\u00fados entre as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e os p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c9 neste contexto que, no interior das teorias das rela\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, se produzem novos paradigmas e a perspetiva cocriacional ganha for\u00e7a no entendimento do processo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens. Nela, o p\u00fablico adquire um papel mais ativo e uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o comunicativa id\u00eantica \u00e0 da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, tornando-o tamb\u00e9m cocriador de conte\u00fados.
