No Conservat\u00f3rio daquela cidade terminou o Curso Complementar de Piano. Ap\u00f3s uma passagem pela Escola de Jazz do Hot Clube Portugal, completou a Licenciatura em Composi\u00e7\u00e3o na Escola Superior de M\u00fasica de Lisboa. Terminou uma P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Tecnologias Educativas, pela Faculdade de Psicologia e Ci\u00eancias da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o da Universidade de Lisboa, ficando formador na \u00e1rea das novas tecnologias para o ensino da m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frequentou semin\u00e1rios de doutoramento em Ci\u00eancias da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o na Universidade Nova de Lisboa, onde foi orientado pelo compositor Tom\u00e1s Henriques numa tese relacionada com a m\u00fasica acusm\u00e1tica. Ap\u00f3s transfer\u00eancia de Universidade concluiu, com a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Professor Vasco Diogo, o Doutoramento em Ci\u00eancias da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, com uma tese sobre o som no cinema portugu\u00eas. Como investigador tem abordado temas ligados \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o musical e sonora, semi\u00f3tica e significa\u00e7\u00e3o musical, cinema e narrativa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tem realizado assiduamente bandas sonoras para pe\u00e7as teatrais estreadas pelo Teatro das Beiras, assim como diversas composi\u00e7\u00f5es para diferentes grupos. Tem tamb\u00e9m feito design de som para filmes experimentais.
